How is my order packaged?
MiM Box is all about conscious style! We know presentation is everything, so your gift will be lovingly boxed in our gorgeously designed gift box – made out of recycled and recyclable materials (even the gift card!). Better still – these are all made and produced locally in Melbourne.

Can I select which day my order arrives?
Leave a comment and the notes section of your order and we will be able to accommodate your request. If you have already placed your order, send us an email at hello@mimbox.com.au and if not yet dispatched, we can sort this out for you.

Can I update my order/amend/change the shipping address?
If you need to cancel or update your order, email us at hello@mimbox.com.au as soon as possible.
If yet to be packed and dispatched, we can amend/cancel your order.
However, once packed and dispatched, we are no longer able to amend or cancel your order.
